“My wife and I moved to middle Tennessee from Virginia. We looked all over the Nashville area and surrounding areas for homes that would fit our needs and desires. Our realtor brought us to Burkitt Place to view several homes. As we were leaving Burkitt Place, we noticed Regent Homes' lovely brick model home. We stopped to look at the model and met Tom Plahuta, Regent Homes sales agent. Tom took us on a guided tour of the home and discussed all the features of the home. Tom was pleasant and shared a lot of knowledge about Regent Homes and the area with us. We were impressed with the home and the way it was built so we made an offer which was accepted. We closed on the home in December 2011. At the final walk through we met Craig Hudgens, Project Manager who took us around the house explaining everything and how things worked. He also told us if we noticed anything that needed repaired he would take care of it before we closed. Craig was also very pleasant and completed everything we asked him to do prior to closing. He also returned a couple of times to help us with things that were not noticed during our walk through of our home. After closing there were questions, and a few small problems, but all we had to do was call or email the Regent Homes team and things were taken care of in a very timely manner. The Regent Homes team is excellent to work with and we recommend buying one of their homes because of their great customer service. Our home is wonderful and well built, but the customer service means a lot to us. There was not a time that we asked for assistance that Regent did not come through for us.
