Home Buying Process with Regent Homes

What People Are Saying.

“Lenox Village Town Center condominiums is beautiful, luxurious, secure, has amenities that surpass any other property with superb management! Lenox Village is beautiful - that goes without saying. You walk in and well its instant. The RAM management team, Sarah and Jad, faithfully give each resident high quality personal attention. I see it in passing. I hear it. They are kind, professional, and courteous. There is an air of integrity and high standards expressed and evidently for the good of Lenox Village's residents and for the community overall. Their professionalism, homestyle and industry knowledge is noticeable and I have not once seen they stray off that path. It all seems to be for the good of the community and maintaining high standards. This property is impeccably neat and clean. I have lived in Resort Style properties in Los Angeles, London, Las Vegas and the management team not only surpass others but they have exceeded my expectations as a resident. The management team of RAM Partners is excellent. They care about the residents and great at making me and my daughter feel safe and at home. I think the best compliment I can give to RAM or Lenox Village is to refer friends, and prospective merchants here for business or residence consideration in a relocation process. It is my pleasure helping others find their perfect place! - A perfect place like Lenox Village!”

Regent Homes is committed to making the home-buying process a positive, enjoyable experience. The process begins with choosing your home and follows you through to meeting any warranty needs you may have. There are 5 easy steps, and we’ll be there to guide you through every step of the way.

1) Choose Your New Home
Your personal Regent Homes Sales Agent will help you select the new home that meets your needs. Then a home site is chosen, and the building process is underway!

2) Complete the Paperwork
Your Sales Agent will prepare a Purchase Contract Agreement that contains all of the details regarding your new home and home site. Your lender will provide a Commitment Letter that says you are ready to begin construction of your new home!

3) Quality Inspection and Buyer Walk-Through
The Quality Control Manager will perform a quality inspection on your home at this stage.

You will be contacted by the Closing Department and a Walk-Through and Closing date will be scheduled. You will also be notified of the Closing location.

At the Walk-Through, you will meet with your Project Superintendent. He will walk you through a new home orientation where you'll learn about the operation of your home, including appliances, home technology, heating and cooling, warranty information, routine care and more. This important meeting allows you to ask any questions.

4) Prepare for Closing
